Business development for founders, business owners and small teams

Your experience. A fresh perspective.

MoClarus thinks with you about the questions that matter to your business. We start with your experience and the information already available, then explore what customers and the market can add. The aim is a useful basis for your next choice.

For people starting or running a business and for small teams.

When another perspective helps

Some decisions deserve a little more space.

Daily work continues while new possibilities take shape. Customer needs, practical experience and different viewpoints can all matter to the next decision. A conversation and a closer look can help bring them together.

The market raises new questions

An idea may grow from years of experience with customers. A new market or customer group can still bring questions about needs, buying habits and alternatives. We can explore those questions alongside what the business already knows.

Customer feedback points in different directions

One customer may value a feature, another the price or the service. Sales and support can bring different parts of the picture. Looking at these experiences together can help show which needs deserve closer attention.

The offer seen through a customer's eyes

A customer encounters the offer from a different starting point than the people behind it. We can look at those first conversations together and explore how the value connects with what the customer cares about.

Keeping the plan close to everyday work

Urgent work can change priorities, even after a useful meeting. A shared view of the next steps and follow-up can help keep the agreed direction in sight, without adding more to an already busy day.

How we work

Five stages, with room to learn along the way.

Not every project needs every method. We start with the decision, learn what we can from the market and customers, then choose what to do. New information can change the direction. That is part of the work.

  1. 01

    Start with the decision

First, we agree on the decision you are trying to make. We look at what you already know, what is still uncertain and what would make the work genuinely useful.

  2. 02

    Look at the market together

This can involve market research, competitor research and a closer look at existing sales information. We are looking for facts that help narrow the choices, not a thick report.

  3. 03

    Talk to customers

We talk to customers about what they do today and what matters to them. We look for patterns, including answers that challenge the original idea.

  4. 04

    Decide what to do

We use what we learn to decide what to offer, who it is for, how the business earns money and how to reach customers. Then we agree who does what.

  5. 05

    Make it work

MoClarus can stay involved while the plan is put into practice. We look at the early results, deal with problems and change course when the facts say we should.

Working together

You know the business. I help you look at it from another angle.

Your knowledge of the business, its customers and everyday realities shapes the work. I bring an outside perspective. We use both to explore the question and the options that matter to you.

Sometimes I carry out the research. Sometimes we talk through a choice together or work alongside the team as a plan takes shape. If we see something differently, we discuss why. The next decision remains yours.

The work should make sense to your team and still be useful when I am no longer involved.

Start with a conversation

What would you like to explore?

A few words about your situation are enough to start. We can talk through a question or a decision you are considering. If MoClarus is not the right fit, I will say so.
